Athlete Parents: Sign Ups

Thank you so much to the parents stepping in as Team Leaders (for age groups) – it’s so critical for the kids. However, being all needy and that… we also need to regularly fill roles including the starters, timers and bbq.

Simply put, it’s come to our attention that we don’t have enough regular volunteers to effectively run Friday nights and this is mainly focused on the races (and for many kids this is the bit they come for). So we’d love your help to jump on board (and to avoid Sam having to awkwardly ask you on the night lol 🤗).

We need starters and timers – it’s reasonably straight-forward, you’ll get great on the job training and there’s nothing to be scared of (the starting gun is no longer a gun, just a somewhat pathetic new-age beeper 😉)!

So, to sign up to be a race starter, timer or turn a sausage on the BBQ, click the links below. Pick dates based on what works for you and honestly we’d be very grateful. Plus you then know what you’ll be doing well in advance (the calendar is open till the end of Term 4 – 15/12/ 23). We’ll save this post at the top of the featured posts for easy access too.
